Nanocon

Description

The Nanocon is a single-use device designed for rapid processing of aqueous biological solutions at low centrifugal force (2000G).
Compatible with swing bucket centrifuges only.
The Nanocon device can concentrate and purify a 40ml solution to 4ml in one hour.

TFF [Tangential Flow Filtration]

  • Large particles are pulled in the direction of centrifugal force
  • The fluid flow is in the tangential direction of centrifugal force
    [TFF: Tangential Flow Filtration]
  • Small impurities will be eliminated with flow
  • Large particles do not block the filter surface and are effectively filtered

Exosome & Nanoparticles Isolation

  • Isolation and concentration of exosome in cell culture supernatant, urine, plant-derived fluid, Ascites, Bronchial washing fluid, etc.
  • No chemicals are used
  • Intact exosome can be obtained after filtration
  • Isolation and concentration of viruses larger than 30nm
